El Parque de la Musica, situated on Plaza Ponce Leon, aspires to serve the city as an urban catalyst, fostering new synergies to strengthen and disseminate the region's cultural richness. The building aims to become a magnet for fresh influences while celebrating the ancient identity of Southern Spain. At the core of the project lies the circular central space, serving as a key element for the entire project. Taking inspiration from the classical 'plaza de toros,' it is reimagined and enclosed within the complex. When approached from the road at the front of the building, it presents s a simple volume, revealing openness only at the ground floor through arches that pay homage to the Arabic tradition, establishing an inviting space. El Parque de la Música has evolved into a new urban catalyst, serving as a community reference point. The building not only attracts new influences but also amplifies the ancient identity of southern Spain.
