The foundation of our proposal rests upon a meticulous analysis of the contextual factors surrounding the site. Specifically, we've considered the need to enclose the library in response to the neighboring industrial area to the east, while simultaneously opening it up to foster a strong visual and spatial connection with the adjacent park and river. The structure, characterized by a blend of concrete and wood, comes to life under the commanding presence of a substantial pitched roof. The exterior covered area functions as a catalyst for the creation of social spaces within the library, facilitating interactions and relationships among its users. This deliberate synthesis of form and function underscores our commitment to designing a library that not only meets the practical needs of its users but also provides a space that encourages community engagement and intellectual exchange.
