Dubai Sea House is a competition to design a villa in Jumeirah Bay, its aim is to offer peace among the hustle and bustle of one of the fastest economies of the world. A house whose forms are inspired by the architectural elements of the Arab tradition, wind towers and patio houses. The project is configured as six “vertical rooms” that stand out towards the sky, where the cooling system and the relationship with the sea become the generating elements of the project. From the ground floor begins an ascending route where each inhabitant of the house can enjoy their privacy and independence. Each room has a different position, thus offering different views of the sea and the Dubai skyline. Each room is an isolated alcove, but at the same time joined to the ground floor, where all the spaces are visually linked through the courtyard and constitutes the space for family life.
